If the item you receive is incorrect, defective, damaged or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the request.
Where an item does not match its description, an unused and undamaged item can be returned. We will arrange an exchange if you agree; otherwise any applicable payment will be refunded according to your rights under Nepal law.
To request a cancellation before dispatch or to ask about an unwanted or opened skincare product, contact us. We will explain the available options for that particular order. Your legal rights are not limited by this page.
