How do I order?
Add a product to your bag, create or log in to an account, enter a delivery address and confirm your order. We will contact you to arrange delivery and payment offline.
How do I create an account?
Enter a Nepal mobile number on the Register page, receive an SMS code once, verify it and set a password. Future logins use the mobile number and password.
What if I forget my password?
Use the Reset Password page to verify the same mobile number by OTP and set a new password.
How much is delivery?
The current delivery charge and free-delivery threshold are shown in the bag and checkout before you confirm.
